Grupo Mariposa is seeking a Development Specialist to join our team in Chorrillos, Lima, Peru. In this role, you will guarantee the continuous development of talent through the effective execution of the annual training plan, strengthening onboarding and competency management. You'll ensure that departments have competent personnel, efficient processes, and compliance with established organizational indicators.
You will manage training and development programs, preparing the local training dashboard, e-learning training, certifications, and continuous improvement programs, guaranteeing gap closure and annual plan compliance. You'll direct organizational talent processes, including the People Cycle, definition and follow-up of PDIs, career plans, turnover management, and KPI analysis. You'll coordinate and supervise the Welcome Program at the country level, ensuring effective inductions for new hires and internal movements, as well as compliance with agendas and corporate standards. You'll direct the People Cycle at the country level to define Individual Development Plans, execute career plans, and close gaps in collaborators. You'll manage corporate Recruitment and Selection programs, ensuring policy compliance, alignment with strategic objectives, and efficient talent acquisition for the organization.
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a People and Management Analyst or Development role is required. You should have strong knowledge of training methodologies, talent management processes, and HR analytics.
