Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Advocacy Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. In this role, you will support our customer advocacy and success programs by helping to develop compelling customer stories, coordinate reference programs, and strengthen relationships with our most valued customers.
You will work with the customer advocacy team to identify satisfied customers, conduct interviews, and craft case studies and testimonials that showcase the impact of Cloudflare's solutions. You will also assist in managing our customer reference program, ensuring that we have engaged advocates ready to support sales cycles, events, and marketing campaigns.
This internship provides valuable exposure to customer success, marketing, and sales enablement functions at a leading technology company. You will develop skills in storytelling, relationship management, and program coordination while working directly with customers and internal stakeholders. At Cloudflare, we encourage an AI-native approach, and you will explore how AI tools can enhance content creation, customer engagement tracking, and advocacy program management. Working in an in-office setting, you will collaborate closely with your team, gain mentorship from experienced professionals, and contribute to programs that directly impact Cloudflare's growth and customer satisfaction.
