NBC Sports is seeking a detail-minded and collaborative social marketing strategist to join our Social Strategy & Insights team in Stamford, Connecticut. This role is passionate about blending data and insights into actionable content strategy for NBC Sports and its portfolio of brands.
In this role, you will work with the Director of Social Strategy & Insights to support strategy development and content analysis. This critical function connects audience insights and creative ideas to brand priorities, ensuring everyone has the information needed to deliver their best work. You will be energized by connecting strategy to storytelling that audiences love.
You will be organized, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever you can help whether pulling insights, building presentations, or keeping timelines straight. Adaptability is key as you collaborate easily with different personalities and disciplines. You will not be shy about asking thoughtful questions while keeping things moving forward with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities include supporting development of strategic briefs and presentations by gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders. You will manage business-critical social insights workflows including content tagging, data analysis, and content evaluation. Coordinating with the Sports Marketing group ensures alignment with key business priorities including short and long-term social strategy development.
You will compile and summarize competitive and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
