Grupo Mariposa is seeking an experienced Development Coordinator to lead talent development initiatives in Distrito Central, Francisco Morazán, Honduras. This strategic position oversees the implementation of APEX University programs and performance evaluation processes.
The Development Coordinator will direct, administer, and supervise the execution of APEX University policies, processes, and guidelines throughout the entire Operation based on procedures and three fundamental pillars: Method, Functional, and Leadership. You will coordinate the Annual Performance Evaluation Program and Recruitment Programs to ensure appropriate development plans for each collaborator, talent acquisition, and proper application of corporate guidelines. The role involves managing and monitoring the Annual Training Plan through learning indicators, coverage, and effectiveness tracking. You will coordinate and execute the Corporate University (APEX) learning model integrating initiatives such as training logs, certifications, e-learning, mentoring, leadership programs, White Belt, and functional schools. Additionally, you will optimize the digital learning ecosystem by administering the e-learning platform and promoting modern learning methodologies including microlearning, learning on demand, and social learning.
Candidates should have extensive experience in HR development, training coordination, and talent management. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
