NielsenIQ is seeking a Consultant for Customer Success in our Strategic Analytics & Insights department in Tokyo. This role leads multi-country survey projects for major Japanese daily goods manufacturers.
The SA&I department supports NIQ's future growth by providing marketing solutions based on market research to clients across various industries. We support business problem-solving and management decision-making through comprehensive consumer insights.
Lead multi-country survey projects for major daily goods manufacturers immediately after joining. Manage questionnaire creation, tabulation planning, coordination with team members including project managers and overseas NIQ offices, result analysis, and report creation.
Lead team members while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Review all deliverables with support from managers and experts as needed. Handle client communications including coordination and progress reporting throughout project lifecycle.
Plan and execute overseas ad-hoc surveys (quantitative and qualitative) derived from main survey projects. Understand client business challenges through projects and provide support for long-term partnership building.
Conduct desk research using internet sources, gather latest survey solution information, and handle internal business processes including order processing and invoice management.
