As a Client Manager for Retail Insights and Primary Research at NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for synthesizing multiple data sources into cohesive analyses that drive meaningful outcomes and value for our clients. This role requires exceptional storytelling abilities to capture audiences at all levels and bring them along your analytical journey.
You will serve as the daily point of contact for collaborating with clients, maintaining positive relationships even in complex situations. Your role involves resolving client issues while working collaboratively with both internal and external teams. You will synthesize data and simplify findings to solve client business issues, using large datasets to uncover insights and make strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. You should be a skilled and polished communicator with experience in client presentations. Intermediate project management skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accountability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or GSuite is essential, with BI Tools experience (Power BI, Tableau) being highly valued.
