Turner & Townsend is seeking a motivated Chef(fe) de Projet Junior to join our Supply Chain and Construction team in Paris. As a Junior Project Manager, you will work within a dedicated project team for a major player in the Automotive sector, supporting the coordination and deployment of visual identity elements (signage and wayfinding) on a national scale.
You will be at the heart of operational project management with a strong dimension of supplier coordination and information flow management. Your missions include piloting the coordination of signage orders (visual identity) for the various networks and brands of the group, ensuring order compliance with needs expressed by teams (architects, project managers, client).
You will plan and monitor project progress (deadlines, delivery, installation), coordinate various suppliers (manufacturers, installers, specialized service providers), and centralize and structure project-related information (orders, planning, documentation). Additionally, you will ensure regular reporting to the client including tracking of financial issues, guarantee compliance with processes and standards defined by the client, and facilitate communication between different stakeholders.
This position represents an excellent opportunity for skills development, potentially leading to management of larger-scale construction projects, which is the core business of our organization. The mission is primarily carried out at the client's premises (based north of Paris – Roissy area) with presence on site as needed.
