We are looking for a Field Account Manager (Chargé de clientèle réseau) for the Etampes sector on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your mission involves selling the complete Rexel offer and services while developing a specific client and prospect portfolio.
Detect business opportunities and manage client projects across the entire Rexel product range. Conquer new clients and win new projects by managing technical and commercial aspects with sedentary and expert sales teams. Provide technical advice to clients on their key needs and prescribe Rexel product and system offerings.
Deliver integrated technical, logistical, and commercial solutions. Maintain high-level relationships with company directors and their teams. Guarantee customer satisfaction and handle administrative follow-up.
More than diplomas or experience, your relevant background in technical knowledge and B2B commerce will make the difference. This should be complemented by personal qualities including team work ability, customer relationship and satisfaction focus, curiosity, autonomy, and commercial sense.
