Your New Role Assist underwriters in underwriting insurance risks, including triaging inquiries, preparing information, and closing deals. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines Regularly collect, compile, and analyse market information to share with the team Support credit control in payment collection by coordinating with intermediaries Track, report, and analyse the team's referrals, backlogs, and productivity Be the digital ambassador of the team Recommend and implement initiatives to streamline policies and processes Provide interpretation and advice on policies, processes, and procedures Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases Deliver business results by allocated intermediaries as a key performance indicator About You Some experience in the insurance business Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred Benefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
