We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director of Marketing & Communications to lead integrated marketing, digital, and public relations efforts to drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and guest engagement. This role plays a critical part in shaping the hotel’s market positioning, strengthening brand presence, and delivering impactful campaigns across Rooms, F&B, and Events. What You Will Do Drive Strategy & Revenue Lead and execute integrated B2C and B2B marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives Drive brand awareness, direct bookings, occupancy, and revenue growth Partner with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to support business priorities Own Digital & Performance Marketing Oversee digital ecosystem (website, social, third-party platforms) to maximise traffic and conversion Lead SEM and SEO strategies with clear ROI tracking Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns for effectiveness Lead PR & Brand Positioning Develop and execute PR strategies to position the hotel as a market leader Build strong media and influencer relationships across key markets Manage press releases, media features, and familiarisation trips Act as hotel spokesperson when required Create Impactful Campaigns & Content Oversee development of compelling, on-brand content across all channels Lead production of marketing collaterals, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Build Partnerships & Visibility Identify and execute strategic partnerships, collaborations, and media trades Drive promotions and campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and loyalty Lead award submissions to strengthen brand recognition Lead Team & Manage Performance Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing & Communications team Manage external agencies (PR, digital, creative) for quality and performance Own and optimise marketing budget with strong ROI accountability
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 5–7 years’ experience in Marketing Communications / PR, with leadership exposure Proven ability to drive revenue, brand growth, and campaign performance Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social, analytics) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Creative, data-driven, and commercially minded
