About the Opportunity
Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in assisting our clients in the transition to a low carbon energy future. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced organization on strategic and innovative projects across all stages of delivery from concept to design and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a team assisting with all aspects of project delivery
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including Risk Register, Issue Register, Daily Log, project schedules and budgets
- Maintain appropriate project controls for budgets, schedule, scope, quality risk and performance indicators
- Track and update project control documents including budgets, schedules, risk logs and communications logs
- Identify and manage internal and external project stakeholders with regular communications
- Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
- Prepare project reports, presentations, status updates and dashboards for senior management
- Support Senior Project Managers in continuous improvement of processes and systems
