We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our night shift grocery planograms and resets team in Indianapolis. This is a full-time role working Sunday through Thursday with varying hours between 8 PM and 5 AM. The position offers $17-$19 per hour plus an additional $1.00 per hour night shift differential.
Function as the Manager on Duty in the absence of or in collaboration with the Store Manager, assuring proper staffing and prioritization of work. Lead projects including reset and remodels as well as general service work. Work with the Store Manager to find and develop the best people to represent Serv-U-Success. Provide team members with tools and training needed to be part of a successful high-performance team. Utilize outside on-demand and temporary people resources when required to support ongoing projects. Participate in comprehensive Assistant Store Manager Nights Training program.
