The Area Leader of Marketing (ALM) is a dynamic position responsible for all local marketing efforts that support restaurants within their designated areas. This role serves as the market expert, utilizing deep knowledge of local demographics and changing market dynamics to identify traffic drivers within each restaurant's trade area.
The ALM creates and executes comprehensive market and restaurant-level marketing plans that keep the brand top of mind for customers. This includes leading the planning, negotiation, and execution of sponsorships that support their market. The role directly supports each restaurant with day-to-day branding and marketing needs while working in collaboration with their Business Unit team.
Successful candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the market area. The ideal candidate remains nimble and constantly looks for innovative ways to promote the brand. This role requires strong market expertise and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
The position includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work in varied temperatures, working with food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning products requiring personal protective equipment.
