As an Analytics Manager at NielsenIQ, you will deal with key accounts in the FMCG industry, managing a portfolio of retail panel clients. You will act as the key point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely responses and high client satisfaction while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
You will act as a mediator to address client feedback on services and products, resolving issues by working with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure positive outcomes. The role involves overseeing the delivery of client results, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with sales, operations, analytics, and product teams to ensure client needs are communicated effectively across the organization. Cooperate effectively with regional and global teams to deliver consistent service. You will identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services or products.
Provide expert support on retail panel data, resolving client issues related to data reading, delivery, and reporting. Support clients with data interpretation and provide comprehensive training, ensuring their ability to understand and leverage research findings effectively. Plan and coordinate all communication activities while guiding the client service team on strategies.
