We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Logistics professional to join our team in Ladkrabang, Bangkok. In this role, you will monitor and maintain fulfillment KPIs, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth daily operations across our logistics network.
You will monitor and maintain fulfillment KPIs, including data analysis and performance reporting. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and issue resolution. Lead weekly coordination meetings with VMI hubs to address operational issues and verify billing accuracy. Facilitate weekly/monthly carrier review meetings, including issue tracking and documentation of meeting minutes.
Manage customs clearance matters in collaboration with carriers and the Finance team, ensuring compliance with legal and local regulatory requirements. Review order status and inventory transactions within the ERP system, coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities. Support internal and external audit activities. Develop and maintain Work Instructions for systems and operational processes. Support User Acceptance Testing for system and process enhancement projects.
