AbbVie France is recruiting three Business Partner apprentices to join our Customer Excellence team across three therapeutic areas: Neuroscience, Immunology, and Oncology-Hematology. This alternating work-study program offers an exceptional opportunity to develop expertise in pharmaceutical business analytics while contributing to meaningful healthcare initiatives.
In this role, you will provide robust analysis of performance, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and environmental factors affecting our business. You will implement ad hoc market studies, managing all aspects from briefing and planning to vendor selection and delivering recommendations for both qualitative and quantitative research.
Your responsibilities will include participating in sales forecasting for markets and brands, proposing and optimizing dashboards for internal clients including General Management, Division leaders, Marketing Managers, and Medical Visit Directors. You will track sales activities and performance metrics that drive business decisions.
This position offers exposure to commercial excellence missions including physician segmentation and targeting, action plan deployment, and performance indicator analysis. You will contribute to developing and optimizing performance tracking tools for our medical visit teams while maintaining competitive intelligence to alert stakeholders on major events impacting patients, clients, and the market.
