About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Account Specialist to join our Parts Super Center team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer support while driving key initiatives and resolving complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with diverse clients including Fortune 500 companies
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through multiple channels
- Translate customer feedback to improve service levels
- Support branch sales force and Global Sales Organization initiatives
- Identify and execute profitable growth projects
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues using root-cause analysis
- Secure pricing feedback and provide timely quotations
- Manage customer open order data to maximize fill rates
