WHS Compliance & Safety Culture: Coordinate WHS activities, manage incidents, conduct risk assessments, and champion a proactive safety culture. Audits, Reporting & Compliance: Lead WHS audits, maintain compliance records, analyse safety trends, and ensure contractor compliance. Training, Onboarding & Engagement: Deliver WHS training, support onboarding, maintain training compliance, and coach leaders to strengthen safety capability. Continuous Improvement & ESG: Drive continuous improvement by leading environmental audits, supporting ESG reporting, and enhancing safety and operational performance. Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Advise leaders on WHS requirements, liaise with regulators and auditors, and influence stakeholders to support safety and compliance outcomes.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a WHS-focused role, ideally within hospitality, multisite operations, or service-based environments. Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, codes of practice, and safety management systems. Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, investigations, and corrective action management. Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or working toward). Training and facilitation experience (TAE certification desirable but not essential). Familiarity with environmental management and ESG reporting is an advantage. Experience working with WorkSafe NT, inspectors, or regulatory bodies preferred.
