You’ll be part of a close‑knit Commercial Services team that drives great customer experiences across our building and construction partners. What’s involved In this role, you’ll help keep our workflow humming by coordinating activities that support our Frame & Truss team, account managers, suppliers and customers. You’ll: Support the creation of accurate quotes and orders that help our customers move confidently through their build. Work closely with our CRM and ordering systems to keep opportunities, updates and information in one place and easy for the team to action. Spot ways to improve how we do things - whether it’s tightening a process, removing a roadblock or finding a smarter way to deliver value. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, keeping communication clear and helpful. Jump in hands‑on when the team needs support and help maintain a positive, customer‑first culture. Offer product alternatives and support decision‑making to help our customers get what they need, when they need it. You’ll play a key role in coordinating details that help our teams deliver on time, every time—and learn plenty along the way. About you You’re someone who thrives at the centre of the action - organised, curious and always ready to help people do their best work. You bring a calm, solutions‑focused mindset and enjoy the buzz of a fast‑paced, always‑improving environment. You love collaborating with different teams, feel confident interpreting plans (or are excited to learn how) and take real pride in nailing the detail. You’re quick to pick up new systems, use information to guide your decisions and genuinely enjoy being part of a team where feedback, shared ideas and coaching are all part of how you grow. What you’ll need Experience in customer service or a similar coordination role. Exposure to the construction or building products environment (handy, but not essential). Ability to read or interpret plans, or an interest in learning. Strong communication skills - phone, written and face‑to‑face. Comfortable using systems like CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and ordering software. A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in where needed. Ready to join us?
