As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M in Vilnius, you will play a key role in inspiring customers and maintaining a seamless customer experience. You will present visual standards and drive commercial excellence while following our values to contribute to your and the company's success.
You will purposefully execute visual, commercial, and styling changes following store guidelines and calendar to improve customer experience and drive sales in your store. You will analyze sales results, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care, and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities while collaborating with store management. You will use your knowledge of trends and competitors to grow and help the team deliver excellent customer experiences. You will represent yourself and the company in customer communications and support the sales market with development projects.
