We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support the operational and executional needs of our Visual Merchandising team. Reporting directly into the Visual Merchandising Operations Manager, this role is integral to ensuring seamless execution across the HQ Mock Store, sample management process, seasonal floor sets, and cross-functional initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the behind-the-scenes mechanics of visual execution – someone who loves process, precision, and being the operational backbone of a fast-moving creative team. The VM Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining organization, driving timelines, and supporting both HQ and field visual teams with day-to-day needs and special projects. What you'll get to do: Mock Store & Seasonal Setup Support Support all operational aspects of the HQ Mock Store including seasonal set-ups, floor set preparation, test initiatives, and the product assortment process Execute physical Visual Merchandising moves and styling adjustments in partnership with the VM Operations Manager Maintain stockroom organization and ensure all VM tools, fixtures, and props are properly stored and accessible Sample Management & Organization Own the intake, tracking, organization, and return of all Visual Merchandising samples Partner with the Merchandising, Production, and Allocation teams to ensure timely sample delivery aligned with seasonal floor sets and key initiatives Maintain accurate sample logs and ensure accountability across cross-functional partners Create and maintain a “Core” VM sample set Own the rotate-out and removal of past seasonal samples from the Mock Store Prepare and pull product for Mock Store setups, content shoots, styling initiatives, leadership walkthroughs, and special projects Operational & Calendar Support Assist in maintaining the Visual Merchandising calendar to ensure deadlines are met for launches, transitions, and retail initiatives Coordinate project timelines and follow up with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time execution Support communication rollouts to Field Visual Merchandising and Operations teams as needed HQ & Field Support Provide hands-on support for special projects, brand initiatives, leadership presentations, and seasonal transitions Assist with preparation for retail assortments, store walk-throughs, and offsites Assist in the asset ordering process for all New Store Openings, product launches, or any other key initiatives that require specific propping Respond to ad hoc requests from HQ and Field teams in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, skill, and urgency Tools & Documentation Support the creation and organization of Visual Merchandising tools, directives, and internal resources Assist with basic updates to presentations and documents using Adobe Creative Suite Maintain digital and physical archives of VM materials, signage, and reference guides
Who you are: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred 1+ years of retail or visual merchandising experience Experience supporting operational processes or coordinating projects preferred Strong organizational skills and time management skills Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) preferred Ability to lift and move fixtures and merchandise as needed for mock store setups and any other key initiatives
