This is a permanent full-time position offering 39 hours per week based at the Eastleigh store inside Eastleigh Shopping Centre. For this position, we require 5 days of flexibility, including weekends. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence.
You will execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store. Your role involves analyzing sales performance, ensuring garment care, and identifying visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams. You'll use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, equipping them to deliver a great customer experience.
Our stores are the heart of our company, where customers experience our brand firsthand. You'll be part of a dynamic Store Team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers. Together, you'll create an inspirational environment for both customers and colleagues.
