As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you play a central role in creating a unique customer experience. The interplay of your actions and our values contributes to your own success and the success of H&M. This part-time, fixed-term position is located in Albstadt.
You will support surrounding stores in your role as a Sales Advisor. You will welcome our customers, guide them through the store, and support them with your trend and product knowledge to find what they need. Together with your team, you ensure that the sales floor and backstage area are always stocked, organized, and inviting. You can be yourself and thus positively represent the H&M Group.
Our stores are the heart of H&M. Here, customers experience our brand up close. Every team member, whether in sales, management, or visual merchandising, contributes to creating an inspiring atmosphere. Together with your team, you make fashion accessible to everyone. You help our customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles.
We are looking for talents with passion for fashion and the desire to create a unique shopping experience for our customers. Talents who ideally have experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or similar fields. You should enjoy meeting new people and proactively approach customers to provide excellent service.
