Open Roles
The Baker Hughes Internship Program is designed to enable undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships provide first-hand insights into processes, systems, and practices aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and leading-edge technology.
During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect coaching and mentoring to complete assignments and projects that develop your learning and skillset.
There are various teams under our Global Finance Organisation, including Reporting & Statutory, Cash & Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Payable & Revenue Assurance, Data & Analytics, Global Tax Centre, Treasury, Payroll Accounting, and Intercompany. Placement depends on business needs and your background.
As a Finance/Accounting Intern, you will complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements. You will learn internal processes, contribute to team objectives, and develop professional skills in a global energy company environment.
You will become familiar with Baker Hughes' Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) culture, as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe in developing future leaders who share our values.
