JLL is seeking a dedicated Transportation Field Specialist to join our team in North Charleston, SC. This hands-on, customer-facing position provides wayfinding assistance and general transportation information while supporting interior campus lot operations for a high-volume corporate shuttle system serving 20,000 Boeing employees daily.
This is a dynamic role working primarily outdoors (approximately 70% of time), where specialists assist with crowd control, traffic flow, and customer service while supporting Transportation Field Supervisors and Customer Service Leads. The role operates within a 24/7 transportation network requiring adaptability and strong customer service skills. You will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring positive experiences for all shuttle users.
You will work with transportation leadership to maintain optimal service levels in the field, assist with crowd control and directing traffic flow in interior campus parking areas, and provide excellent customer service to Boeing employees and visitors using shuttle services. Your role is critical in supporting the daily operations of one of the largest corporate shuttle systems, ensuring efficient transportation for thousands of employees.
