Receive repair orders from dispatchers and perform work with efficiency and accuracy according to dealership and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions, communicate with parts departments, and document all work performed. Examine vehicles for additional safety or service work, notify service advisors of any issues, and road-test vehicles when required. Maintain clean shop areas and stay current with factory technical bulletins.
Must be authorized to work in the USA, possess a valid driver's license with good driving record, and pass pre-employment testing including background checks and drug screening.
