The Technical Facilities Coordinator position in Batangas, Philippines supports comprehensive facility operations with emphasis on engineering/technical expertise, client management, and operational excellence. An engineering or technical background is advantageous for this role.
In Client/Stakeholder Management, you will provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations. Your ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service will drive client satisfaction.
Procurement & Vendor Management involves assisting in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to required standards, including inspection of vendors' works. You will assist in procurement of vendors and services as required.
Finance Management responsibilities include assisting in financial processes to ensure all management requirements are completed timely and accurately, plus ensuring prompt and accurate management of purchase orders.
Health & Safety Management requires conducting regular audits to ensure safety procedures are in place and working, plus assisting in carrying out safety procedures when needed. Site Operations Management involves implementing Industry Best Practice operations and conducting site inspections to ensure all building procedures and performance standards are maintained.
