360Learning is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global team. This role is critical to our growth, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring outstanding tech talent for our product and engineering teams.
Within 1 month: Graduate through our Convexity onboarding process, understand our product offering through comprehensive training, meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hours, learn our hiring processes, tools, and analytics framework, and take on your hiring list.
Within 3 months: Source highly relevant profiles for our product and tech teams, pitch the 360Learning EVP confidently, lead end-to-end hiring processes, close your first candidates, and draft your own OKRs.
Within 6 months: Expand the breadth of profiles you own, design well-crafted interviewing processes, close the expected number of candidates each month, and take on your first talent acquisition project in areas like employer brand or analytics.
Within 12 months: Coach 360Learners on interviewing best practices and deliver impactful improvements to the way we hire.
