About the Role
This position utilizes tools including our ATS system (Bullhorn) and various external platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Work Schedule (Team West)
Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (EST)
Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (EST)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Perform phone interviews and screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Create and update complete candidate profiles in Bullhorn ATS
- Source and attract talent through external platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and job portals
- Recruit actively using local and state free job boards
- Reactivate candidates within the database through ATS
- Accurately document interview results and notify recruitment team of viable candidates
Requirements
- English proficiency at C1 level required
- Experience with ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
