This position is a contractor role. If selected, you will be employed through an agency. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Concierge, you will provide excellent and high-level in-person customer service while managing critical administrative functions for our staffing and HR operations.
Greet, escort, and host onsite interviews while ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience. May coordinate lunch, refreshments, and IT setup for virtual needs. Manage candidate's interview scheduling and verify details of job in SmartRecruiters. Create offer letters and obtain required approvals through the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system. Initiate pre-hire on-boarding for new employees and may assist in the new hire orientation process.
Enter data into automated systems and audit data entry for accuracy. Verify completeness and accuracy of documents and maintain files appropriately. Provide information to employees and candidates while assisting in complex administrative processes. May coordinate candidate's interview travel and participate in project teams as assigned. Ideate on creative solutions for challenges that arise in daily operations.
