Assist in job posting creation and distribution; Collaborate with TA team to identify and source candidate profiles against a variety of open positions, using social media and other channels; Review applications and sourced profiles to share with the TA team. Pre-screen candidates as needed; Assist with interview coordination, scheduling, and logistics for the TA process; Assist in maintaining the candidate database and updating the ATS; Support the TA team with administrative tasks; Support the TA team in identifying opportunities for promotion of Endava brand and values to candidate communities; Collaborate with TA team members on various recruitment projects, events, and initiatives; Adhere to relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or related field or equivalent experience. Previous Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (inhouse/agency) or similar field Experience working with or in the tech industry is desirable. Prior Knowledge and Skills For sourcing: Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Familiarity with effective candidate sourcing techniques Self-motivated Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management, highly organised, and ability to prioritise effectively. Proficient in maintaining high-quality standards in all undertaken tasks. Ability to build relationships and sustain contacts with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A skilled and considerate communicator in various societies and cultures. Proficient in verbal and written communication skills. For recruitment: Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and related technologies. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Understanding of employment laws and commitment to ethical recruitment practices. Ability to leverage recruitment metrics, analytics, and data for informed decision-making. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in conducting candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritize recruitment tasks. Time management proficiency to meet deadlines and handle multiple requisitions. Adaptability to a dynamic recruitment environment. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices. Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges in the recruitment process.
