Emma Sleep is offering an exciting Supply Chain Excellence Internship opportunity in Manila. This role provides hands-on experience in managing end-to-end order operations across APAC markets while working with a global team dedicated to reinventing the sleep industry.
You will resolve stuck or ageing orders across APAC by conducting regular cleanups, following structured workflows, and escalating issues or process gaps when necessary. The role includes managing end-to-end order operations including creation, cancellations, refunds, customer detail updates, and handling ticket-based requests from Customer Excellence and Finance teams. You will also process and validate product claims across APAC markets by reviewing submissions, classifying cases as valid or invalid, and ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
