AbbVie is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support end-to-end logistics operations within Cluster North. This position safeguards supply chain efficiency and compliance while mitigating risk and promoting continuous improvement and sustainability goals.
You will leverage deep logistics systems knowledge, partner across functions, and actively contribute to strategic logistics projects. The role supports and assures adherence of D&L Finance Plan for Cluster North and accomplishes Sustainable Margin Improvements initiatives.
You will ensure successful implementation of GDL initiatives and projects. For E2E initiatives, you will study, analyze, and propose enhancements to current processes through all areas including Supply Chain, Customer Service, D&L and 3PL partners.
Inventory control responsibilities include working with 3PLs on cycle counting and developing weekly inventory control comparing SAP and WMS systems. You will analyze inventory to reduce damaged material, blocked products, expiration dates, and physical differences while supporting annual W2W inventory activities.
You will review and update SOPs according to needs, work with 3PLs on KPI performance, and ensure monthly reporting requirements are met while analyzing and tracking 3PL SLAs.
Candidates should have logistics or supply chain experience with strong analytical skills. Knowledge of SAP, WMS systems and 3PL management is essential.
