We are seeking a Supervisor for IT Service Delivery to lead our IT support operations in San Diego. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent IT services across the organization.
Supervise IT service delivery operations and support teams. Manage ITSM platforms and service desk operations. Ensure compliance with ITIL-aligned processes and procedures. Oversee troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and identity issues. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and ITSM analytics. Support identity and access management including Active Directory and Azure AD. Provide excellent customer service and communication across the organization. Support occasional after-hours work during outages, deployments, or upgrades.
