NielsenIQ is seeking a Strategic Analytics and Insights Sales Account Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover position in Warsaw. This role supports new and existing clients in Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics, and Innovation to achieve planned revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Sell Analytics, Consumer Insights, and Innovation solutions by successfully assessing client needs and proactively offering solutions to achieve sales targets. Engage in proactive business development to meet target objectives through financial and commercial strategies.
Partner with the local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities through joint business planning. Scope projects responsibly to meet SA&I sales and profitability targets while partnering with Solution experts, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
Engage with clients to secure customer satisfaction by answering concerns and questions. Build SA&I portfolio awareness inside and outside the organization through conference presentations, client events, and internal events.
Execute business plans while proactively searching for market opportunities. Participate in sales plan and budget preparation, manage pipeline, and provide weekly forecasting input while continuously developing professional and technical knowledge.
