The pay range per hour is $24.75- $25.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. This internship is a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program to develop and prepare for your store leadership. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will get a valuable realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role (Assistant Store Manager) over a defined period of time.
