The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.
As a Starbucks Barista, you will create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on key commitments. You will greet guests with warmth and friendliness, making eye contact and initiating helpful interactions. Your role involves helping guests find what they need and providing recommendations.
You will be responsible for creating handcrafted Starbucks beverages with quality and freshness management. You must follow state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
