In an international context, you will join the Legal & Compliance Directorate whose scope includes business law, new technologies law, personal data protection, anti-corruption, and competition law. This internship offers comprehensive exposure to corporate legal matters in a multinational environment.
You will conduct legal analysis, documentary research, and synthesis notes in business law, corporate law, new technologies law, compliance, and private labels. You will participate in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, partnership agreements) and IT contracts (GTC, GTA, SaaS, license agreements, service contracts, NDAs, etc.).
You will participate in drafting documents for corporate legal follow-up and exceptional operations (account approval, statutory modifications, management changes, powers, etc.). You will contribute to drafting guidelines, charters, educational tools, and reporting for various projects including indirect purchasing processes, private labels, and compliance policies.
Your rigor, curiosity, and dynamism will make the difference. Law student or recent graduate with interest in business law, competition law, and corporate governance. Strong research and analytical skills required.
