Discord is used by over 200 million people every month, and the People Programs team is dedicated to developing skills, inspiring connection, and motivating high performance at every level of the organization. As Staff Program Manager, Leadership Enablement, you will own the manager and leadership development pillar of Discord's people strategy.
You will be responsible for the programs, tools, and experiences that shape how people leaders at Discord learn, grow, and show up for their teams. This spans from new managers finding their footing to senior leaders navigating complex organizational challenges. Your work will directly influence how leadership shows up across the entire company.
This high-visibility role reports to the Sr. Director, People Programs, and sits at the intersection of Learning Experience, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management. You will design, implement, and evolve leadership development initiatives that help Discordians grow their capabilities, connect with our mission, and build meaningful careers.
You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to assess leadership development needs, create scalable programs, and measure impact. Your work will ensure that every leader at Discord has the skills, resources, and support they need to drive team performance and employee engagement.
