We are seeking an Industrial Engineer with data analytics experience to join our team in Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya. This role involves analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and be ready to apply them in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will perform capacity planning for assigned operations with new technology integration. Manage acquisition of equipment to support capacity plans for SF/SDET/HGA operations. Allocate equipment capacity per requirement and coordinate activities to support daily/weekly plans. Coordinate on capacity-related initiatives such as new processes or modifications.
Manage capacity to support MPS/R8Q and provide opportunity analysis. Provide and work on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) initiatives. Initiate and collaborate on productivity improvement projects. Perform cost structure analysis and drive cost reduction projects throughout the site. Provide standards on LHPU (Labor Hour Per Unit), MCT (Manufacturing Cycle Time), Line Balancing, and other standards. Ensure commonality and standardization among same processes/systems within related manufacturing sites.
