You will deliver sales performance against brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives. The role requires creating pre-call plans using SMART objectives and executing post-call evaluations to continuously improve performance. You will effectively handle objections, gain logical calls to action, and proactively serve customer needs to build trusted relationships. Developing and executing call plans that achieve set metrics while optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers is essential for maximizing access and sales opportunities.
