QBE Insurance Group is seeking a skilled Specialist for Motor, Property & Casualty Claims to join our Asia team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This is a full-time employee position offering an exciting opportunity to manage complex claims in the insurance industry.
This role is responsible for end-to-end claims management, including making decisions on claim outcomes, declining claims, customer interaction (inbound and outbound), supplier coordination, raising payments to suppliers, and claim finalization. You will also be responsible for keeping portfolios compliant to SLAs measured.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and excellent decision-making abilities. You should have experience in claims management, preferably in motor, property, or casualty insurance. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective customer and supplier interactions.
