Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer Support to join our Solutions team supporting the Commercial Business Unit (CBU) in Japan. This role is part of our disability hiring program and supports solution proposal activities for small and medium enterprises across Japan.
You'll support the SE team in various activities including creating customized demonstrations, preparing account plans and proposal documents, and supporting seminars and events. You'll also contribute to developing solution maps, industry-specific demos, proposal templates, and SalesPlay materials for specific products and services.
Our CBU SE team targets small and medium enterprises with fewer than 300 employees, particularly venture companies. We work to deeply understand customer business challenges and create concrete solution proposals through customized demos and comprehensive support activities.
