The position provides technical, people, and delivery leadership across modern and legacy data platforms. You will drive resilience, performance, security, and continuous modernization while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to accelerate digital transformation.
Lead database and platform engineering teams supporting enterprise-scale digital banking applications. Own architecture, engineering standards, and operational excellence for MongoDB, Cassandra, Oracle, and Java-based platforms. Drive platform modernization, cloud readiness, and high-availability data solutions while ensuring strong performance, scalability, resilience, security, and regulatory compliance.
Build and develop high-performing global teams across onshore and offshore locations. Set clear expectations and accountability for engineering managers and senior engineers. Coach leaders and engineers on technical excellence, execution discipline, and career growth while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
