The Site Merchandiser is responsible for managing the day-to-day business needs of the Women's digital assortment. This role involves executing the seasonal product launch process, tracking and managing product data and assets, and maintaining and communicating ETA dates.
This role primarily focuses on the Women's Bottoms business to ensure we achieve business goals by leveraging Site Merchandising tools across automations, product recommendations, and the customer journey. The position owns key site merchandising strategies and interacts with many cross-functional teams.
Manage day-to-day business needs of the Women's digital assortment and oversee the Seasonal Product Launch process (4X year). Assist the Site Merchandising Manager with key strategic initiatives to drive financial targets and achieve KPIs while owning the Women's Bottoms business.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of on-site product data with continuous process optimization. Partner with Site Experience, CRO, SEO, Product, Technology, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Service teams. Own and provide analytics and metrics for performance recaps for weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting needs.
Experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or digital retail preferred. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams required.
