As a Senior Travel and Expense Accountant in Global Finance Operations, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end Travel and Expense accounting for assigned regions or entities. This role requires close coordination with employees, the Global Travel Team, IT and Concur support, Local Finance Teams, and other teams within Global Accounting Operations.
You will ensure compliance with the Global Travel and Business Expense Policy, manage expense system administration, and analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Review and approve expense reports in compliance with Global Travel Policy, analyzing expense data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Provide guidance and assistance to employees in Concur system navigation, expense processing, and policy questions. Resolve fallouts from data interface between Concur and ERP systems to successfully process payments. Prepare and submit Concur Accrual reports and perform account reconciliation. Provide support to Internal Audit, Payroll, Tax, and other business units during reviews and investigations. Support implementation of automated audit tools and process improvements.
