We are expanding our Services Customer Success team to deliver excellence for our customers. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value of our products and services.
As a Senior Specialist in Customer Success, you will boost Customer Lifetime Value, increase renewals and adoption, reduce support tickets, improve product feedback, build advocacy for B2B marketing, and generate qualified sales leads. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and develop tailored strategies that drive success.
This role requires German language proficiency to serve our DACH region customers effectively. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of Mastercard Services solutions. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth.
