The Senior Lead – Soft Services at JLL is responsible for overseeing and managing non-technical facility services. This role ensures operational excellence, vendor management, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards across various operational areas.
You will manage comprehensive soft services including Housekeeping Management, Helpdesk management, Courier management, Mailroom management, Event & Meeting Room Management, Indoor plant management, Dishwashing operations, Scrap management, Pest control & Hygiene Management, and gamezone operations. The role involves monitoring PPM activities, preparing monthly accrual reports, managing HK consumption & stationery, generating MMR reports for Soft Services, and driving Sustainability Initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include Staff attendance tracking, Vendor SLA preparation and approvals, support staff training, indent management, and various administrative supporting activities. You will ensure Trophies management, Cubbies management, Store management, and the onboarding process (TPV) are executed seamlessly.
