JLL is seeking a Senior Shift Facility Engineer to manage data center infrastructure maintenance and service coordination at our Johor Bahru, Malaysia location. You will be responsible for attending and completing service requests assigned and providing coordination and monitoring in Preventive and Reactive maintenance work.
This role operates on a 12-hour shift pattern with 4 days work and 4 days off. You will manage and coordinate service provider performance including tracking work order completion and validating invoices as needed. You will provide facility-specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested.
You will ensure all site management and operations practices comply with company and client standards. The role requires communicating and escalating issues with appropriate parties including facility manager, client, and OEM vendors as needed.
You will work with the Service Center to ensure average turn around time (TAT) is within agreed KPI thresholds. Additionally, you will create weekly reports to send to the Management team to assist them in reviewing incidents and determining preventive measures.
