The Targeted Lipid Nanoparticle (tLNP) Drug Product Development group within AbbVie's tLNP CMC team is seeking a Senior Scientist I to advance clinical-stage tLNP assets. This role is central to establishing robust formulation and process development capabilities while driving critical CMC activities across the pipeline.
You will lead hypothesis-driven formulation and process development activities, assessing tLNP liabilities under practical worst-case conditions. The role requires effective collaboration with analytical teams, process development groups, and subject matter experts across AbbVie. You will contribute to stability evaluations, clinical in-use strategies, and innovative product presentations while implementing stage-based quality risk management approaches.
